We own the JUAN DE ONATE SHOPPING CENTER in Anthony NM and are needing a licensed General Contractor to oversee finishing out the rest of our center new tenant spaces. Presently the first 9,000’ phase of our center has been completed and approved by C I D. Our center second phase will eventually consist of a 30,000’ complex. We want to collaborate with a general contractor that is willing to accept bids from electrical, plumbing, and mechanical license subcontractors that we trust and have worked with over the years.
