We are in search of a warehouse team leader to oversee the shipping and receiving of our e-commerce product line. This role will be responsible for ensuring team and department standards for productivity, accuracy, safety, and reliability are maintained and will be the main point of contact in handling special accounts and projects. This position requires you to be customer-focused and team-oriented to ensure that productivity goals are met both individually and as a team. Picking and packing along with other warehouse duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the warehouse manager. Requirements: - High school or the equivalent. - Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience successfully leading a team within a warehouse environment. - Knowledge of warehouse procedures and protocols with demonstrated leadership skills. - Excellent communication skills and communicates effectively across the organization with all levels of leadership. - Must be a problem solver and can troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner within a fast-paced warehouse environment. - Must successfully be able to lead by example and ensure quality customer service and productivity standards are maintained. - Proactive in recommending improvements to warehouse processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiencies and productivity. - Basic experience with MS Office (Word, Excel). - Experience with inventory a plus.
