Daily Function: Must be able to perform all duties noted in job description, attend all production and safety meetings, and adhere to all safety rules and common sense safe-working practices. M-F (occasional weekends) from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Duties and Responsibilities: -Must understand project flow, keep good notes and seek clarity where necessary -Must understand project budget and hit daily production targets. -Must be able to communicate effectively with each painter. -Must demonstrate consistent safe work habits. -Keep supplies stocks along with going to paint store for supplies. -Maintain a professional appearance Technical Proficiencies: - Must perform all functions of the apprentice: site prep, masking, surface prep & cleaning. - Must be proficient in advanced surface prep & patching techniques. - Must be proficient in texture tools & techniques, matching and blending to adjacent field. - Must be proficient in brushing, rolling and basic spraying. - Must be able to paint windows, doors, soffits, fascia, cabinets and shutters without supervision in a competent timely manner with the highest degree of craftsmanship and in accordance with. - Must demonstrate understanding of job flow, execution, time lines and project budgets. - Must be able to teach the proper set-up, clean up, and use of basic paint sprayers.
