Affectionate female cat for rehoming

Unfortunately cannot keep affording to take care of my beautiful cat Peach and am looking for a nice family to adopt her (with small rehoming fee - $50). We have no other pets and Peach has regularly lived in our home from about February til now alongside our 16 month old daughter. I am unsure on her shots as the previous owner never sent me her vet records but I know for a fact she is spayed. Peach is good with kids, she keeps her distance mainly and is patient when nearby. Peach has an issue with her front claws growing too long, one of her front paws has a claw that is into her paw pad that will need looked at. I can include her litterbox (obv. used) as well as her food/water bowls. I feel bad her living with us in our hotel, she’s obviously unhappy and just sleeps all day only getting up to eat and go to the bathroom or come to one of us for pets/affection. I would love for her to go to a home with a lot more room for her to move and be happy.
