Lost Shepherd Dog Seen - Quartz Park Springfield

I saw what I assume is a lost black German shepherd mix. He was seen at Quartz Park in Springfield around 11am on 5/5/21. He was tall and lanky, definitely hadn’t eaten much lately but moving well. He was nice but not interested in stopping for me and trotted off. He had a rugged blue collar that didn’t appear to have tags. Do not contact me as this is all the info I have. Hope he’s found!
