LOST: black shorthair cat with green eyes

My parents' cat, Midnight, has been missing since 4/29/21 in the Brightleaf neighborhood of Durham. She is a former stray and has regular outdoor access, but always has come home within 24 hours before this, so we're worried something may have happened to her or she may have been trapped or picked up. We think she is most likely to have gone into the woods around Lick Creek, and that surrounding area, but aren't ruling anything out. She lost her collar recently so isn't wearing a collar but she is chipped. She has short black fur, a tipped left ear from her past life as a stray, bright green eyes, small-to-average size, and is a little bit paunchy. Still in possession of all of her claws. She is a little wary of strangers but friendly if you give her patience, but if you chase her it may scare her off. Canned food is high on her affection list so you may be able to win her over with that. Please let us know if you see her and where, or if you catch her. My parents love her very much and she has enjoyed her new life of having a home and being a lap cat, and we would love for her to have that life again. P.S. I've already encountered scammers from my postings elsewhere and I'm wise to lost pet scam tactics, so if you want a six-digit verification code don't bother - you aren't getting it, and shame on you.
