Excel Roofing is hiring an Inspection Coordinator and Production Helper. Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are REQUIRED. Must be able to pass a drug and background check. (excluding marijuana) Responsibilities: • Scheduling inspections • Preparing the job site for inspection (ladder set up and executing quality control measures) • Communicating all relevant information concerning next steps and timelines to the customer • Following up on emails and voicemails in a timely manner • Returning extra materials • Roof repairs • Material pick up and drop off • Any additional assistance needed in the Production department. Qualifications • Organized and self-motivated • Able to learn quickly and work well individually and in a team environment • Punctual with appointments • Able to set up and secure 35 foot ladders • Lift and carry up to 80 lbs. • Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, and work on rooftops (not afraid of heights) • Must have a valid state driver's license • Wiling to assist in other departments
