You say Biden is worse, I say Trump is worse. Blah, blah & blah. It goes back to my post you flagged (than had the stones to respond to.) We are socialized as children what to believe politically. Biden is demented and not running the country. He is a statesman, a seasoned politician, works across the isle and for the world stage, acts presidential, befitting our traditions in the global eye. Trump is certainly NOT demented. He has a keen intellect towards anything that seizes his interest. He just was not that interested in politics. He ran never expecting to win in order to increase his fame and give him his dream of a cable network (Trump Cable.) His win was as much a shock to him as it was to all of us. He was never presidential (to the jubilation of his base, the disdain of everyone else, everywhere on the planet.) He surrounded himself with people with even less political knowledge than him. He had no way of knowing how Washington works. In his first 100 days, he committed the cardinal sin of firing the Director of the FBI so he couldn't investigate his daughter and son in law's finances. He then was so politically obtuse, he was unable/unwilling to comprehend why Deputy A.G. Rod Rosenstein (who he also tried to fire) would retaliate by appointing Bob Mueller to investigate him (opening up an entirely new can of worms.) He was unable to understand backlash when he blurted out that he believed the beloved, respected John McCain "was no hero." Or, when he attacked a grieving gold star family. Or his repeated, vulgar attacks upon females. Or his blatant nepotism. Or inability to keep a cabinet or gain the support and trust of the GOP, a party he only joined after the Dems told him they would never run him as a candidate. I could go on, I won't. You say I am blind. I say you will dismiss, rationalize, justify and minimize the above, calling it your blanket mantra "fake news," thus making YOU blind. Or, perhaps you will just trample the constitution and flag inconvenient words off our board once again. The ball is in your court. "I make stuff up all the time, and they [the press] print it!" Donald J. Trump. And you wonder why he coined the term "fake news?" You spot it, you got it.
