Fix AC On 1997 Dodge 2500 Ram Van

This van blows Cold AC and Heat out of the Defrost and the Feet areas only presently. So, there is either a vacuum leak or the directional "flap control" is Brocken or malfunctioning. I have looked for Vaccum leaks but I can't fund any. I also disconnected the "REAR Cabin " heater/ac unit and that AC line has to be plugged or capped up by the engine and the Freon probably needs to be recharged. I am in the Springcity area and would like to have this work done in my driveway if possible as it does not require a lift and there is about 2 feet of space under my van as it is a 4 x 4 I have CASH for a reasonably priced and experienced mechanic.
