Rankin Landscape Maintenance is seeking a full time lawn and snow laborer. QUALIFICATIONS: Successful applicant will be a quick learner and an accountable team player who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. They will be punctual, dependable, hardworking and represent the company with integrity and professionalism on job sites. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Mowing, pruning, light maintenance and repairs. Hours are full time, in spring and summer with weather dependent hours during winter months. November thru March, work weeks vary with snow and include snow removal, shoveling, de-icing and grounds maintenance. SALARY AND BENEFITS: We offer retirement benefits, supplemental health benefits, regular performance based pay increases and opportunities for advancement. Position offers competitive wage and starts at $14+ DOE. Winter rate for snow removal increases by $5/hr. Position open until filled. Applicants must have valid MT drivers license and pass an insurance screening.
