Shipping & Receiving Associate Keeping records of all products shipped and received in. Pack goods in appropriate shipping containers, create mailing labels and shipping documents (domestic and internationally). Ensure that all orders are filled correctly. Verify incoming shipments. Work with Inventory Controller to shipment repairs to Vendors. Work with Service to ensure all tools and equipment for job sites are shipped out within stated time frame. Primary Duties: • Responsible for picking designated items from shelf location • Packaging items and preparing for shipment • Keep records of outgoing shipments • Assist with all shipping, receiving and inventory organization • Unloading and loading shipments from trucks • Complete task accurately and quickly • Ability to work fast paced to meet deadlines • Drive shipments to airport, FedEx when needed. Drive times may result in overtime • Occasional weekend delivery based on customer’s needs • Comply with industry safety standards, practices, and procedures • Handle, maintain and, care for service equipment and tools Requirements: • Manual dexterity necessary • Ability to work in an fast-paced environment • Ability to handle up to 80lbs and up to 200lbs team lift • Must be physically fit and able to stand for lengthy periods of time, bend, crawl and stoop • Must have good verbal and written communication skills • Flexible work schedule necessary • Must have a driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation • Experience in Automotive, Mechanical or Electronics • Operate a forklift • Drive a 26ft Box Truck • Operate power tools • Prioritize and Time Management • Ability to read blueprints / schematics, a plus Work Environment: • Warehouse environment with minimal heating or air conditioning.
