We are a growing, high end residential, professional design and build, Landscape Company looking to hire a Lead Crew Member and several Crew Member Helpers ASAP. We are looking for highly dependable, reliable and hard working individuals who posses leadership skills and excellent work ethic. Qualifications: - previous verifiable experience with a professional landscape company ( preferred ) - Ability to work 40 hour weeks ( plus additional hours may occasionally be required due to weather or other circumstances to complete the schedule for the week ), Must be willing to work in adverse weather conditions to complete jobs in timely manner. - Work weeks will consist of Monday - Friday ( Saturdays as needed) 8 am - 5 pm ( sometimes until 6 pm to ensure work schedule is completed in timely manner). - Crew Leaders must have experience in hauling trailers. -Irrigation experience - especially repairs and trouble shooting Duties: - Utilization of landscaping tools ( will be provided) - Jobs performed will include (but not limited to): Masonry, plant design and installation, Grass installations, carpentry, hauling / demo work, digging and trenching just to name a few. Pay will commensurate with experience. Pay is provided weekly on Fridays. Candidates considered will be required to provide a valid Texas Driver's license and SS.
