Description
Event Servers and Bartenders are part time as-needed positions that may require early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California Food Handler’s
2+ years of fine dining/ events experience
Punctual and reliable attendance.
Ensuring guests are satisfied with menu and service: Including but not limited to
Serving assigned tables and remaining visible to guests during event service
Providing service that adheres to banquet and fine-dining standards including food service style, uniform.
Maintaining a positive and eager customer service attitude with guests.
Communicating with kitchen and serving team to coordinate smooth service.
Experience in plated and buffet service
Performing all in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner at all times.
COVID-19 considerations:
*All staff should be either vaccinated or must perform weekly covid tests and wear face shield's and masks while on duty if not vaccinated.
High end clients require attention to detail and often signing NDA prior to some shifts.
Parking included. Tips not guaranteed but can occur depending on client and mgmt.
