The Oasis bar and Grill at Burlington and Memorial (12th Street) will hold its 2nd annual Crawfish Boil Saturday May 15 2021. Festivities will start at 3 PM Crawlfish and Jambalaya will be served around 5 PM. Due to the Covid 19 last year's event was canceled and as a safety precaution this year we will be serving the crawfish or jambalaya of your choice. The food served will be fresh live crawfish shipped from Louisiana boiled in a special seasoning, The recipe will be a Louisiana style crawfish boil which will include shrimp, new potatoes, button mushrooms, andouille sausage and fresh corn on the cob. Jambalaya will be served as a Louisiana style creole which will include chicken, shrimp, rice and andouille sausage. Limited supply is available, first come first served. Oasis will have their kitchen open for your favorite menu items. Come join us for fun, food and your favorite drinks must be 21.
