We are in search of a Porter/Groundskeeper that has at least 6+ months of onsite experience for multiple apartment communities in the Deep Ellum Dallas, TX area. Our client is searching for someone reliable, energetic and looking to get on board with a great Management company. Si Hablamos Español! Job Duties: Pick up trash & debris from grounds Water plants Lawn care Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up. Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc. Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters Familiar with painting (by roller and spray gun).
