Pinch a Penny Pools is a 46 year old Franchise and locally owned and operated in Mansfield. We are growing and need Full Time Pool Technicians. WE OFFER: * Excellent pay. Our Maintenance Technicians earn 35k-50k per year. * Full time employee status. (WE ARE BUSY) * Professional Management here to support you. * Advancement available REQUIREMENTS: * Experience preferred but not necessary, will train the right person. * Must be detail orientated and leave a clean work area. * Must have a good driving record. * Must have the ability to communicate well with customers and service staff. * Must be friendly. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY: * Maintain client's pools on a weekly basis. Cleaning and water chemistry. * Communicate with client in regards to any issues or promotions. * Keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times. * Communicate with department head about all jobs. HOURS, PAY AND BENEFITS: * Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. -8 :00 Am until pools are complete. (4:00 or 5:00 typically 10 pools per day) * OFF Saturday * Bi-Weekly Pay, Paid vacations and Holidays.
