Production warehouse located in Grand Prairie looking to hire a Warehouse Production / Batch Operator. In this role you would perform a variety of routine production functions. Candidate must have experience in production batching. This position is Temp to Hire and is a Full Time position. Once 90 days have been completed, you are eligible for permanent hire. Starting Pay: $15-$17 DOE / Paid Weekly (Fridays) 2-6 Week Training Schedule: M-F 10AM-6PM Permanent Schedule: M-F 3PM-11PM (Sat as needed per business need) Requirements: Resume Required Must have batching experience Must have 1 year production warehouse experience Must be able to train on a 10AM-6PM schedule for 2-6 weeks Must be comfortable in a warehouse environment Must be flexible to work on Saturdays(if needed) Must pass drug and background screening Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: -Operation of all production equipment in their area with minimum supervision. -Work from standard Formula sheets to load raw materials. -Determine the number of containers and correct types of containers for all products and all batch sizes -Familiar with all mixing times and consistencies for all product in their area. -Able to locate all raw materials used in area by name, code and bin location. -Coordinates with Quality Control for sample testing and/or adjustments as required by work instructions.. -Physical strength to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds frequently. -Other duties as directed by the Supervisor.
