Handyman/skilled labor. We work out of the DFW area predominantly work from Frisco and Lucas to prosper. I'm looking for an all around Handyman/ skilled laborer who excels in spraying cabinets, trim, and walls with a strong ability for drywall. Somebody who can complete tasks with minimal supervision while following instructions. Chances for advancement, raises, and bonuses FULL-TIME & PART TIME options may be available depending on the circumstances and abilities. MUST HAVE reliable transportation( able carry ladder etc) AND basic hand tools AND basic power tools. A phone that can send and receive pictures. a spray rig for painting cabinets and walls is optimal. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN: Painting and paint matching, drywall, texture should be your strong points. Adjust doors and door frames, Caulking, Minor landscape work, Replace sprinklers. Power wash. Adjust cabinets, Replace lights, Install fans, drywall hang and crack repairs/ texture are a plus but not main focus, Pickup trash, Adjust faucets and drains. Brick and mortar, looking for and all around handyman. I need somebody who will represent this company well, somebody who doesn't give excuses or leave jobs until they're done, somebody who really cares about attention to detail. NOT looking for pay by job, pay is every Friday on the dot.
