We are on the hunt for a skilled and reliable person to join our team. As the Building Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintenance of the building which includes painting, drywall repair, etc.. You will also be responsible for maintaining the vendors and occasionally procuring new vendors aka sub contractors and companies to take care of issues within the condos. The day to day will include an exterior and interior review of the property. Someone with commercial, residential or condominium maintenance experience would be perfect for this role!
Must be willing and able to complete the following:
Perform painting
Managing maintenance repairs
Change light bulbs
Regularly check community spaces to identify issues
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
