Job Description Sunday-Thursday | Groundskeeper | Mobile Position Are you looking to step into the maintenance or property management industry? Do you already have experience in janitorial/custodian work and are looking for a change? Look no further - Bluestone & Hockley is seeking a day porter who is eager to grow with our rapidly expanding maintenance department! Our technicians and porters travel all around the Portland metro area! Some of your duties would include: Working outside 8 hours a day, 5 days a week Gutter cleaning Graffiti removal Painting Pressure washing Trash removal General curb appeal and property upkeep Benefits | Schedule | Compensation: Life insurance, Dental & Medical Insurance for yourself & family available after 90 days. 80 hours of paid time off after 90 days (increases after your first year). Compensation starts at $16 per hour This position is Sunday-Thursday (off Friday/Saturday) 8 AM to 4:30 PM 40 hours per week with occasional overtime available. A valid drivers license with insurance and a vehicle Required for this position: You must be able to walk, crouch, bend, lift up to 25 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours a day. You must have a valid driver's license with a vehicle you can use to commute for work (licensed and insured). A full drug test, (we test for marijuana) and background check are required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Our technicians and porters work alone about 95% of the time. They are supplied masks and gloves as well as disinfectants, however, some exposure to the public is necessary for this position.
