We are seeking a Shop Assistant to join our company. ​Responsibilities: -Load and unload vehicle(s) -Help clean up around the shop: sweep, dump trash cans, dispose of metal shavings -Operate a forklift, after basic training -Cut material using a band saw ​Qualifications: -Ability to handle physical workload -Deadline-oriented Benefits: -Health Insurance -Dental Insurance -Vision Insurance - Simple IRA Employer Matching Description of what we do: Here at Northwest Hydraulics, Inc we specialize in hydraulic cylinder repairs as well as new manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders. Northwest Hydraulics is also a fully functioning machine shop and has it's own manual machining department, CNC machining department, welding department, honing department, hydraulic department and paint booth. We also provide a pick-up and delivery service that covers Oregon and Washington.
