Looking to rehome large czech shepherd

I adopted him from a friend but he is not a breed were are use to. My friend paid 2000 for him and drove down to Ohio to get him. He is a good dog. We have had him for about 3 months now. He has calmed down alot since we got him. He sits, speaks. Hes ocd about catching a ball. He needs lots of attention it seems. He needs to have lots of room to run. He weighs over 100 lbs. The rehoming fee 400.00 I will not let him go to anyone that does not have the right set up for him.
