NEED Landscaping and painting in a stairwell

Looking for someone (or small business) to complete the following tasks: *Cut grass *Aerate/ thatch *Seed/Fertilize lawn to green up dead spots *Lay Mulch (you will need a way to haul it, we can purchase in advance, or reimburse) *Prune one tree in front yard This is a small lot, 4,000 sqft and would likely only take one or two people a half day to complete. *Looking for someone who can also paint an area above stairwell (you will need a ladder that can work on stairs with extension roller, or another creative solution) Will provide paint. This should only take one person an hour or so to complete. Currently accepting online estimates, I am happy to send any photos, or measurements you need. Will respond promptly to emails.
