Description

Meet and ride in company vehicle to designated job sites to perform assigned tasks from the company owner. Designated tasks including but not limited to: Loading debris and garbage by hand into dumpsters/dump bed. Use rakes/shovels/prybars/hammers/weed eaters/chain saws/battery operated drills/reciprocating saw/etc. Other tools and equipment as necessary. Use brooms/leaf blowers/pressure washers as necessary. Transport and unload donatable goods to donation centers. Clean and prep equipment for next days job. Must have valid drivers license in order to operate company vehicle and equipment to and from job sites. Must be 21 and over to be covered under company insurance to perform job. Must be available to work 5 days a week. In various outdoor conditions. Sun, rain, heat. etc. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted. Must be able to perform repetitive actions, mowing, sawing, moving items etc. Must be able to understand basic English written and verbal commands from foreman. Preferred candidate should have at least 6 months previous experience operating power equipment/tools. Number of Openings: 1 Hours per Week: 40 This position is: Both Full Time and Part Time Will this job have a duration of six months or more?
