Seeking lawyer to handle lawsuit against Bainbridge, Village of Bainbridge, assessor and Chenango County tax Department. Lawsuit is for unfair and Illegal tax actions taken by these parties on uninhabited houses purchased in Chenango County tax auctions. These actions are over appraisal of these properties and the addition of water bills that are from prior owners. That the town who acts as water company does not seek judgments for past or unpaid water bills. They just add these bills to the taxes and force the new owners to pay these bills.
