looking for 1 person for rehearsal space

I currently have a 9x14 room located in SE Portland near 6th & Division that I’m looking to fill with one other person. No bands please. We currently have myself, a drummer, and a sax player. We use a google calendar to schedule our practice times. Rent will be $82.50, but may potentially go up to $110 as we have a temporary 3rd in there right now. Rent is not negotiable.
