Do you want to spend your summer working on beautiful lake champlain? SJW Docks is looking for skilled waterfront laborers & a team leader to assist with dock installations and marine construction projects on Lake Champlain & surrounding waters.
SJW Docks is a waterfront construction company located on Lake champlain. Specializing in all aspects of waterfront construction, from sitework on remote islands, to servicing seasonal residential and commercial waterfront properties.
Job Duties include:
- Maintaining a fun productive work environment.
- The ability to work in water for prolonged periods.
- The ability to be a team player
-The ability to work on uneven slippery grounds
-The ability to carry heavy materials up and down stairs
- The ability to drive a boat (Preferred but not required)
- Ability to drive truck and trailer (Preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of basic hand tools (level, rachet).
-Background in heavy equipment is a plus.
- CDL is a plus
- Valid Licence
- Must be 16 years or older
- Must be able to lift 50 LBS above head
- Must be able to show up to work on time
- Some weekends required Positions start ASAP.
Pay based upon experience and work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
