Five Brothers Construction is currently seeking a Handyman to join their team! Requirements: Valid Driver's License Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability Ability to work 40 hrs a week possibly 45 Basic Handyman Tools Proven experience as a handyman Basic Experience of electrical and plumbing Must have experience with drywall and painting Ability to work well with people, with customer service skills Ability to lift 50 + lbs. Responsibilities: Responsible for basic repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical and other related systems. Perform maintenance and repairs Repair equipment and appliances Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks Communicating with all departments regarding any needs, issues, or informing them of in-progress projects updates. Informing staff of any projects that temporarily affect mobility, access, or safety.
