University Village Apartments is looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician. We are an 1100 unit apartment community focusing on providing the best student housing experience possible. No experience required, if you have a good attitude, we can train you! Job duties include communicating daily with the Maintenance Supervisor, completes daily work orders, completes apartment unit punch outs (make readies), ensures that trash and debris are picked up each day, completes snow removal as necessary. Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus! Individual must be available for emergency on-call (rotating schedule). Wage is determined on experience.
