We are an established Philadelphia-based Property Management Company seeking outgoing, motivated Apartment Maintenance and Make Ready Technicians for our busy multi-building portfolio of apartment buildings in the Old City and surrounding Philadelphia areas. These positions support the maintenance department in addressing the concerns and maintenance needs of our residents in a friendly and professional manner. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Apartment maintenance (i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair). • Apartment turnovers. • Troubleshoot, repair and/or replace fixtures, toilets, light switches, appliances, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, etc. • Preventative maintenance. • Special building wide projects. • Performs related work as required. Position Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent. • CFC License/Certification (helpful). • Minimum 2-4 years' apartment maintenance experience in similar work environment of maintenance repairs for an Apartment Community. • Must have valid driver's license and have your own reliable vehicle. • Must have own tools. • Able to take on-call nights and weekends on a rotating basis and meet physical demands of position. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Pre-employment testing including criminal screenings.
