Hi, My name is Guy Nelson and I'm looking to hire two to three people for entry level positions in the construction industry. Prior experience is not required, although it will lead to a higher starting pay rate, as my company has always been built around bringing in new employees and training them in our methods from the ground up. The positions are full time, often with a few hours of over time in a week, and fully above board with workman's comp, I9 forms and W4 tax withholding. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 7AM to roughly 4PM, although finish times vary as we sometimes go long to wrap up projects and there is sometimes optional weekend work available. Any overtime will be paid out at time and a half in accordance with Colorado Overtime laws. This is NOT a seasonal position, we stay busy all year and in my five years in business I have never needed to lay anyone off due to a lack of work. I have a workshop that all of my company trucks are based out of and all employees will be responsible for their own transportation to and from that workshop, but may take company trucks out to actual job sites if they desire.
