Small condo complex looking for a self motivated, drug free and hardworking person to do small jobs one day per week. Work includes digging ditches for drainage or for planting bushes or trees, painting and small repairs to wood or siding, trimming bushes, sidewalk or railing repairs, spreading mulch or rocks...generally all outdoor work. No work on roofs or gutters. One 8 hour day per week (any day, but must be consistant). Please include a description of your current experience and references. This could lead to individual home owners hiring you for interior work on the side if you're personable, trustworthy and do a good job. Good opportunity for a student or retired person looking to make extra money.
