Seeking PT rental property manager

Hi, I am looking for a very part-time rental property manager to help me manage one small house in Joshua Tree. It is not an AirBnb (I only rent to friends of friends), and rental stays are no less than a week long (and often longer). I live most of the year elsewhere, so the Joshua Tree house is rented out during the 7-9 months of the year when I am not here. What I need: Someone who is meticulous, with excellent communication skills and discernment, and quick to respond via text and email. Ideally, they should live in the area or take frequent trips here to be able to visit the site between guests. I will manage bookings and communications with guests generally, but the property manager should be available as a local emergency contact for guests (which, knock on wood, has never been needed in the four years I’ve had the house). Ideally, this person would also be able to clean the house interior and exterior, restock basic supplies (like TP and water filters) and let me know if anything needs repair/ upkeep. I would like to hire this person before June and orient them to the house and its systems sometime during this month (May). Pay: $25/hour, estimated 8-20 hrs per month. Off the books is fine.
