I have a dog i need to get rid of asap,i live in an apartment and she likes to bark,she seems anxious about the small environment and stressed out by it,so it would be best if she went somewhere where she can run around and not be couped up,however she is 8 months old and there is rehoming fee of 200 dollars to cover for her first round of shots and her harness,collar and leash
