General Labor for Window Installation

I'm looking someone to help us install replacement windows. Looking for someone to carry windows, some that go upstairs, keep work areas clean, clean windows, and help with window installs. The house we are working in is occupied so it's important that your appearance is neat and you use good manners. I will be paying with a check at the end of the job and I expect the job to take 2 days starting tomorrow morning. You are not required to have hand tools but if you do that is great.
