Great part-time with opportunity for full time work in excellent environment for retiree or supplemental income. Must have general maintenance experience. Responsibilities include changing filters, inspecting units, occasionally replacing a garbage disposal, addressing toilet and sink issues, touch up painting and minor repairs.
