The Returns Associate is responsible for proper physical and systemic processing of returned customer orders. This includes un-packaging and inspection of apparel, determining disposition, and processing the customer requests for refunds and exchanges in our computer system. The Returns Associate works safely and with a high sense of urgency to meet performance standards. Job Duties Opens shipping bags and packages, removes items, and verifies customer information Uses a computer to locate customer accounts and orders Matches returned items to items on customer orders Inspects items and determines if items are in new and unused condition Folds items and places items that can be resold in product bags Prints item labels and affixes correct product labels to product bags Places items on conveyor belt to be returned to stock Determines disposition of items not returned in new and unused condition and routes items based on established guidelines Verifies accuracy of data entered Benefits of Working with Bluecrew (W2 status!)
