Rehoming 2 year old Sweetheart

I need to find a good home for my 2 year old dog. Her name is PIPER! She is beautiful, sweet and both energetic and lazy. She is so gentle with people and loves to be close to her owners. If you play she plays hard and if you nap, she naps hard. She gets along with other dogs, but is still working on self control and understanding boundaries of other dogs. She is house trained, crate trained, and does well out of her crate home alone as long as she has some toys. She doesn't have much experience with kids or cats, but like I said she does have puppy energy so gets a little too excited sometimes, but always sweet. My husband and I have recently downsized and she needs more space than we have. Full disclosure, she has a small previously muscle injury in her back right leg. The vet has given us lots of tips to try and maintain her health and we are doing our best, but cannot care for her appropriately in our current home situation. There will be a small re homing fee to guarantee she goes to a good home.
