We have a few 3 bed 2 bath (1200 sq ft) units to clean up and make ready for new tenants. Looking for a make ready man or woman who is experienced in: Painting - Sheetrock / drywall repairs, Basic Plumbing - change faucet, clear clogs, reset dishwasher, toilet repair etc. Basic Electrical - hanging fans, light fixtures, General maintenance – flooring, trim repair, cabinet repairs. Idea is to have everything in working condition to prevent calls from new tenant about this or that not working so looking for someone who pays attention to detail and does good work. No drama or long stories. NO criminal record or drugs. – show up for work, do a good job and get paid! You need to have a reliable vehicle, your own tools to work (I will provide all the supplies), and a smart phone for texting. I am looking to put someone to work right away.
