The Millard Group, Inc is hiring for Part Time Porters and Housekeeping Supervisor at the Spring Hill Mall Wage: $12.00 per hour for Porter Positions Schedule: 10:00am - 6:30pm. Must be available to work various days of the week including weekends and holidays or 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Wednesday Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Using chemicals or cleaning solutions to perform duties High dusting Restroom attending Trash removal Customer Service Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Desired Experience, Education and Training: Requirements Lifting 35-50lbs in weight Pushing/pulling 35-75lbs Standing or walking for 6-8 hours per shift (Patrol) Bending to pick up items from the floor or to wipe down surfaces as necessary to keep the floor area clean of debris Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including Safety Glasses, gloves, and back-support as directed per OSHA/MSDS Working in the outside elements Pushing/pulling up to 50lbs (on wheels) in weight Special Considerations of Employment: Selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check. Selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening. This employer will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization. Housekeeping Supervisor: Wage: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 12:00pm - 8:30pm and Friday and Saturday, 12:30pm - 9:00pm Knowledge of and ability to use and instruct employees on cleaning solutions and functions. Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours per shift. Knowledge and physical demands for any general cleaning functions, as needed to ensure all cleaning and service functions are completed to customer satisfaction. Provide superior customer service to Mall Management; provide timely and courteous responses in order to meet customer needs. Ensure Quality Control Conduct Safety Training Assist with coordination of schedules
