Experience, honest and dependable house cleaner needed. I need a person with a driver's license and insurance that is willing to work as an independent contractor for my house cleaning personnel service with a co-worker. They will sign a contract to not solicit my customers. They will need to provide transportation for their co-worker as well and the co-worker will help by paying $1.50 per each hour that they are working to help with the gas. The co-worker has many years of experience and knows where all of the homes and offices are located and their preference. The worker and co-worker will provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment. I will help them get started with a vacuum, etc. if they don't have one. They will drive from home to home and work Mondays through Fridays. They may work Saturday if they want to if someone inquires. No Sundays. Work hours normally are 8 or 8:30 to 4 and rarely to 5pm. Schedules can fluctuate. English or Spanish is fine as the co-worker is bi-lingual. It is full time but some of the days are not full yet and sometimes a customer will cancel or change their date. I am great to work for and my workers have been with me an average of 25 years.
