Frankly Coastal Property Management is a growing firm providing management for Homeowners and Condominium Associations. In addition to management services, we provide many of our clients Handyman Services to address basic maintenance services for the community. The individual(s) we are looking for to join our team are - clean appearance, courteous, on-time, dependable and ready to work in a professional environment. We are looking for those individuals that enjoy working with people, and are interested in joining the Frankly Coastal family for the long term. We offer full-time employees benefits, including: paid vacations & holidays, 401k programs, health-care benefits and annual bonus plans. Individuals are expected to have dependable transportation. Expected skills are in the areas of general maintenance/Handy-man and repair of homes and condos, including: painting, drywall, light fixture maintenance, power-washing, light basic plumbing, irrigation, basic landscaping, signs, etc. Additional skills in preventative maintenance of commercial fans, doors, etc. would be helpful to the candidate. The individual would be expected to have a smartphone (preferably, Apple) - and comfortable working with iPads and web applications.
