POSITION OVERVIEW Full-time position performing on-site inspections of Community Association properties such as Condominium and Homeowners Associations with the goal of producing Reconstruction Cost Valuation Reports and Wind Mitigation Reports. This position requires the prospective employee to meet with board members and/or property managers on-site, inspect property components, quantify property components and photograph components. Prospective employee will receive hands on training. JOB SPECIFIC COMPENTENCIES • General understanding of construction techniques. • Strong computer skills • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Ability to collect, organize and evaluate data • Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to perform tasks independently • Attention to detail is a must • Good Driving Record • Must be on-time and responsible • Must reside in Pinellas county or minimum of 20 minutes from Safety Harbor • Must be willing and able to climb into multiple attics per day COMPENSATION • Pay starts at $15.00 per hour • Company cell phone • Company car and gas card • 401k retirement available (after 1 year of service) APPLICATION PROCESS Send resume via email with a statement of why you feel you are good fit for this position.
