If you worked for Target Stores you might be owed significant back wages. Employees need to be paid for all accrued but unused Vacation Time/PTO/Personal Days time. Employees also need to be paid for all work time, including time outside of their normal work hours that they communicate with their employer.
If your final Vacation/PTO/Personal Days were not cashed out to you at the end of your employment, you might be owed significant back wages and penalties. If you used your own phone -- for example you got calls, made calls, received texts, or were sent emails on it, then you might be entitled to expense reimbursement.
You could be owed up to 30 days of wages if you are a former employee and still owed back wages.
