We're looking for an experienced carpenter with skills in multiple trades who is knowledgeable enough to run their own projects from start to finish. Must work with subcontractors and other employees. Someone who can run crews and delegate tasks as well as perform the tasks themselves.
Need to be able to build decks, steps, handrail, install cabinets, shower surrounds, some plumbing, some electrical, be able to think on your feet and come up with solutions to problems quickly, and multi-task.
Also looking for a tile setter for showers, back splashes, and flooring. Experience required.
We're a mobile home improvement company, you must be able to crawl underneath mobile homes and go on top of mobile home roofs.
Other tasks would include working on foundations, metal roofs, siding repairs, painting and other construction related tasks.
