Maintenance Technician SpeedWash is a growing company in the high desert at the forefront of the express car wash industry. We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our winning team Role and Responsibility: The Maintenance Technician reports to the General Manager. The Maintenance Technician will be charged with performing highly varied duties ranging from install work, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will ensure all facility equipment is in good working order so we can deliver an unparalleled customer experience. Inspect facility and equipment, perform any needed repairs Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance checklists Keep accurate and organized maintenance logs Use skills to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems Troubleshoot problems and repair or replace necessary equipment Test facility equipment and make necessary adjustments Be able to safely and productively use hand/power tools. Maintain a high level of safety and comply with all work-place regulations Keep a clean and organized work area Be able to work independently without a high level of direction Qualifications: Background as a Maintenance Technician or similar experience Sound understanding of plumbing, electrical systems including high and low voltage, 3-phase wiring, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems. Excellent organizational and communication skill. Analytical skills Attention to detail Additional Notes: This is a full-time position with possibility of overtime. The position is physically demanding and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc. Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds. Must be aware of surroundings while working in car wash environment and be mindful of moving mechanical parts especially while working in the car wash tunnel.
