We are looking for an independent contractor who will live on-site to repair and maintain a 10 unit apartment building. Skills:  Handyman Experience -Minor Electrical work -Light plumbing work -Minor carpentry Requirements: -Clean criminal record and NO drug use A MUST. -Driver’s license, reliable truck with insurance, tools, and cell phone. -Fluent in English to communicate with tenants & management. -Maintain garden & property grounds -Take out & bring in trash bins. -Oversee Apartment turnovers. -Hire contractors as needed. -Show vacant apartments. -Serve eviction notices if needed. -Will be on-call for tenants Additional required jobs will be contracted out to you or outside contractors as a per job basis. Such as: -Handle Apartment turnovers. Painting, cleaning, Refinishing doors, windows and walls,...) -Plumbing jobs... Compensation: -50% Rent reduction -Per job basis As the on-site handyman, individual is allowed to live on the premises at a 50% discounted rent and a per job basis.
