Description
Looking for eligible patients to take a full set of x-rays for free. You will be required to fill out a medical history form and at least 3 years since your last full set of x rays. I am a dental student and need two patients for May 21st and 28th from 1:30-6:00 depending on the availability for my school. Currently it will only be the x rays so an hour of your time will be needed. Prefer patient's to have all teeth present except wisdom teeth and no removable appliances such as dentures, partials, or flippers. If you're unsure I can prescreen you. Thank you!
