Vacation Rental Inspector

We are looking for a vacation rental inspector with the ability to travel between our rentals getting them ready for guest arrival and reporting damage. No maintenance experience needed but the ability to learn is essential. This job would be best suited for former cleaners, inspectors, handy men, construction workers, hotel workers, hospitality, etc. Pay is determined by experience but we start at $20/hour. We get that $20/hour isn't a lot... there is more money to be made for the right person! You would start as "seasonal" and move into full time with benefits if it's the right fit. What sets us apart from other VHR companies is you will work with a relaxed manager and team. Working on your own and from your car has it's perks! However this is not for the lazy! Management will know if you are slacking off :) This isn't an easy job but it's fun and there is always something new everyday. Requirements: - LIVE IN SOUTH LAKE TAHOE - Common sense - Patience - Ability to work remote and by yourself most of the time - Work Saturday & Sunday - Be on-call after hours (no we don't make you go out at 10pm for WIFI issues) - 4WD/AWD reliable vehicle that can carry trash & propane - Variable work hours - work 6 hours one day and 10 hours the next - Sense of humor is a must!! - Can be pulled off unfinished tasks without complaint Please reply to this ad with your resume and what experience you have for this job.
