Hi my name is Rick.. I know in these trying times it is difficult to maintain your fitness routine. In my private gym you can still be instructed in working out while we maintain our distance. The gym is cleaned after every client and we wear our mask. I am also fully vaccinated as of 02/09/21 I am a professional, U.C.L.A. educated/certified personal trainer with over 30 years experience. When you come into my gym you will get my undivided attention to help you achieve the goals you want. After I make a full evaluation I will design a personalized workout regimen to meet you specific needs. All levels and ages (over 18) are welcome. By appointment only....Cost upon request.
